Partial shipment received, no-one at WTG replying to support or sales emails!
Hi guys,
Okay, I received the expansion shipment last week (New Zealand) but only one of the two expansions was included. A friend and I ordered together to save on shipping. I've sent my original order, the paypal receipt, and photos of the packing slip and the box itself showing only one copy was received. I sent emails Monday and Wednesday NZ time (so Sunday/Tuesday US time) to both support and sales email addresses. I haven't had any replies to acknowledge my issue has been received. I'm giving the copy I received to my out of town friend as I only see him every month or two. Anyway, some kind of "Thanks, that's unfortunate, give us a period of time to look in to it" would be great

Sorry for the missing expansion. Thanks for the post, that's unfortunate, give us a period of time to look in to it. The game producer at the other end of those emails has been away for a bit. I posted on BGG yesterdat with a tiny bit of info: https://boardgamegeek.com/article/22964747#22964747
I'm sure he'll get to your additional copy as soon as he can, unfortunately I just don't know how soon that will be.

Nearly another week has passed and I'm still waiting... Tom, can you please give these guys a poke up the rear? At the very least they should be acknowledging these issues! I haven't even had a reply. Cheers

Okay... C'mon guys... More than a week has past and I'm still waiting for any form of contact. This is getting a bit ridiculous!
